Welcome to CareFlow. These terms are between you and Sion Studio regarding your use of the CareFlow app and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

1. The service

CareFlow provides medication reminders, cabinet management, intake logs, and optional cloud sync. The App is a caregiving aid only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App replaces instructions from your physician or other qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medication, dosing, discontinuation, or care decisions.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, unlawful use, or security risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or integrated services
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate-limited features (including medicine recognition)
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Your content

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it as needed to operate sync and related features. You must have the right to upload your content.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and subject to their terms. Refunds, renewal, and cancellation follow platform policies. Pricing and benefits may change with notice in the App or on this site.

6. Disclaimer

Medical disclaimer: CareFlow and Sion Studio do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment plans. Reminders, logs, and medicine-recognition results in the App are for personal organization only and do not replace in-person evaluation or instructions from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have health concerns, allergies, dosing questions, or an emergency, contact a healthcare provider or local emergency services immediately. You decide whether to follow App reminders or information and assume the related risks.

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate service (including recognition results). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on the App.

7. Intellectual property

CareFlow branding, UI, and design are owned by Sion Studio or licensors. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for material violations. Data will be handled as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use means acceptance; if you disagree, discontinue use.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
